The SYBT5 logic is powered by a 15 volt source, which also serves as the communications line. Any time the current drops to zero, it is interpreted as a signal. If the Symmetra wants to send a signal, it drops the line voltage to zero for an instant. The large downward pulses are the supply dropping to zero.
